RIBI President
On 4 July 2010 at the Glynhill Hotel, Renfrew, Paisley Callant, Jim Moulson became the new President for 2010 - 2011 of Rotary International in Great Britain and Ireland (RIBI).
Jim has been a member of RIBI since 1984, a commitment he has embraced to the fullest. Among his many high profile roles at club and at national level have been Club President, District Governor, International Training Leader and now the position of National President. He was a policeman from 1967 until 2000 when he retired from the superintending ranks of Strathclyde Police, to further commit himself to his responsibilities as Rotary District 1230 Governor.
Jim passionately believes that friendship, fun and hard work are the crucial elements for a successful and enjoyable time with Rotary: "You can give a pound, and you can get that back, but if you give an hour of your time, it is gone forever. Time is our most precious commodity. Being a Rotarian is an opportunity for individuals to give of their time, talents and expertise to support projects that help achieve the needs of others."
The members of the Rotary Club of Paisley Callants are very proud of the fact that Jim is now President of RIBI and wish him every success in the coming year.
