Rotary members carry out a range of international programmes and activities designed to reach out in need to people throughout the world.
In many countries thousands of people die of starvation and from diseases that could be prevented with clean water, proper sanitation or medicines.
Children often reach adulthood without even having access to basic education. Without books they cannot learn to read.
The Rotary Club of Paisley Callants are committed to supporting the Rotary International programme of:-
- Eradication of poverty and hunger
- Improvement of water supplies and sanitation
- Reduction of child mortality
- Control of diseases
- Achievement of education for all
